A Class of '72 Committee consisting of Larry Carlin, Pattie Weaver Wanamaker, Tim Seiders, Linda Prout-Pizza, and Jack Paciello planned the 40-year reunion in 2012. Larry, Tim and Linda are working on the 45th.

UPPER MERION CLASS OF 1972 45-YEAR REUNION
July 8th, 2017
Our 45-year class reunion will be held this summer at The Great American Pub in Conshohocken, PA, on Saturday, July 8th, from 6-11 p.m. The plan is to meet and greet longtime friends at 6 while hors d'oeuvres are being served, and then there will be a buffet dinner at 7. Music will be provided by King of Prussia deejay Mark Shepperd, and he will have everyone dancing the night away! Tickets are $60, and information on how to purchase them lies below.
Reunions are a great opportunity to reconnect with classmates and start new friendships. In 2012 we had a great time at the 40-year reunion that was also held at The Great American Pub. 100+ plus guests registered to attend. Check out the photo slide show.
We have been able to locate about 60% of the class, and we still welcome any information leading to others. On the class web page here there is a list of people that are still missing, so if you know any of these people, please have them get in touch or you can send us their contact information.
Casual dress attire is preferred. Spouses and/or significant others are encouraged to attend, as well as friends from other years.
We have had a lot of people asking about the event, and the excitement is slowly building.
In an effort to make our reunion go as smoothly as possible, we are encouraging people to make a commitment to attend as early as they can. Full price tickets are $60 – the same price they were in 2012 – but if you purchase them before May 31st you can do so for the early bird price of $54. Buying tickets is easy to do. Just go to this PayPal link and they can be obtained with a credit card. Or, if you prefer, you can send a check to Tim Seiders at 1403 Oak Circle, Lansdale, PA, 19446. The check should be made out to “Class of 72 45th Reunion Committee.”
Brag and Ad Books
We are putting together photo brag and ad books. This will do a few things. The photo brag portion will allow us print pictures of our kids, grandkids, even pets and grandpets, or to share memories and remember our departed classmates. The traditional ad book will be a way for classmates who have businesses to let others know just what it is that they do. It will allow classmates who cannot attend the reunion to send their greetings. Finally, it will be a way to raise some money to offset some of the costs of the evening and to help us to plan future events.
For the ad book, here are the costs:
• Back cover $60 (first person to pay gets it)
• Full interior page $45
• Half page $25
For the brag book, a half page is $15, and full page is $25.
Also, if you know of any area businesses that would like to place an ad, put us in touch with them. We don’t need your ad copy early but we would like your commitment soon, with the deadline being June 20th. Again, go to the PayPal page to place an ad or a brag.
If you have any more questions about the reunion you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can call Tim Seiders at 215-699-6993 or Linda Prout Pizza at 484-868-0838.
If you are on Facebook, join the Class of ’72 discussion group here.
Looking forward to seeing you in July!
